DUTIES OF
I. Preside over
A. Sub-Varsity Committee meeting held during State Track & Field meet.
B. Sub-Varsity Committee meeting held during Summer Clinic.
C. All called Sub-Varsity Committee meetings held during the year.
II. Summer Clinic Responsibilities:
A. Introduce clinicians as designated by the Program Chairman or delegate
responsibility to Committee members.
B. Collect and formulate suggestions, polls, and information.
C. Aid and/or delegate at the general business meeting.
D. Work with liaison director regarding Sub-Varsity Committee activities.
E. Attend to any other duties as assigned by the Board or President.
F. Attend all Board meetings.
IV. Legislative Council
A. Receive from Sub-Varsity coaches recommendations for proposals to be
presented to the Athletic Committee of the University Interscholastic League Council.
B. Consider proposals at Sub-Varsity Committee meeting.
C. Present proposals to Board of Directors for approval.
