15th was the
enrollment deadline to qualify yourself and your athletes for 2008-09
TGCA state honors.
To Appeal the Membership Deadline: 1) You must join TGCA and have
paid your membership fee for an appeal to be heard by the TGCA Executive Committee. 2)
Have your Athletic Director or Superintendent fill out the Membership Deadline
Appeal form that is located on the TGCA home page under Forms. 3) Type or write
an explanation, with as much detail as possible, stating why your appeal should
be considered. 4) Fax your appeal to 512-708-1325.
Appeals
are heard by the TGCA Executive Committee, all decisions will be final.
TGCA
memberships begin June 1st of each year and run through May 31st of the following
year. Membership Fees:

Lost
Membership Cards:
There will now be a $10.00 charge for replacing lost membership
cards. If you lose your card and need a replacement, please send your request
to our office with the $10.00 fee. Replacements will NOT be available for the
second lost card. (this action was taken at the board meeting held Sunday, November
18, 2001) Address
Changes: Please
advise the TGCA office any time your address or school/coaching assignment changes
during the year.
