Membership Deadline:
Only member coaches of Cross-Country, Volleyball, Basketball, Track & Field and Softball are eligible to nominate a player for any TGCA honor. An athlete is not eligible to receive TGCA honors unless her head coach is a member in good standing for the current year. Coaches of all sports must meet the October 15th enrollment deadline to qualify.

Please make sure your school's business office has the new TGCA Austin address in their system. Many registrations are still being sent to Billy McKown at the Abbott address. Thanks!

POLLS
Coaches, please note that we welcome input from you concerning your teams' records and game results. Texas is much too large for our pollster to be able to track all teams. He must rely on accurate input from around the state to create valid polls. Send any information you wish to submit for this purpose to: ejhartvb@yahoo.com

Lost Membership Cards:
There will now be a $10.00 charge for replacing lost membership cards. If you lose your card and need a replacement, please send your request to our office with the $10.00 fee. Replacements will NOT be available for the second lost card. (This action was taken at the board meeting held Sunday, November 18, 2001)

Address Changes:
Please advise the TGCA office any time your address or school/coaching assignment changes during the year. Newsletters will now all be mailed to the home addresses - therefore, it is VITAL you notify the TGCA office if your home address changes.
